SON AGAINST LUTON CITY

Image
So collected half-time substitute Brennan Johnson's clever pass before beating Hatters goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski with a low shot, which took a deflection off Daiki Hashioka on its way in. Tahith Chong's well-worked goal had given the Hatters an early lead, but Spurs responded well and equalised early in the second half when Johnson's cross was turned into his own net by Issa Kabore.  Spurs laid siege to the Luton goal after restoring parity, but a series of crucial last-ditch challenges kept Ange Postecoglou's team at bay - and Alfie Doughty somehow prevented Johnson's close-range effort from rolling over the line.  However, there was nothing Luton could do about Son's 15th goal of the season, which means Tottenham have come from behind to win four of their past five home Premier League matches.

CHELSEA PUNICK AGAINST BURNLEY

Image
Chelsea remain a hard team to work out. Some numbers suggest that they should be higher in the table, a point not lost on Pochettino, and they look good when everything goes their way. Confidence was not an issue when Palmer put Chelsea ahead with an impudent penalty a minute before the end of an agreeably open period. Yet it was hard to look past the gaps at the other end.  The crowd, while mostly supportive after recent unrest in the stands, still exuded angst whenever Burnley found room in the final third. Jacob Bruun Larsen and Lyle Foster sent efforts off target when the game was goalless. Djordje Petrovic made a fine save from Wilson Odobert. Of course, Burnley’s willingness to play suited Chelsea. It was not long before Palmer was causing mischief. The Chelsea playmaker operated a shoot-on-sight policy during the first 20 minutes.  H was unlucky not to open the scoring from Malo Gusto’s cutback, while there were openings for Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernández. TOP INJURIES IN ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE

Image
Of all the Big Six Premier League clubs, Manchester United is the club with the most injuries this season. 1. Manchester United — 28 injuries  2. Liverpool — 27  3. Aston Villa — 24  4. Manchester City — 19  5. Arsenal — 19 Some might argue, "Look at Liverpool; they almost have the same number as us." But let me remind you, at Manchester United, we only possess a strong starting XI. The rest are merely average players who can only come on as substitutes in the final minutes of the game, not starters.  We've lost most of our starting XI, and there you have it; all the other teams have quality backups for every position, unlike us. We have almost zero quality on our bench.
