ARSENAL UNDER 18 RIGHT BACK
Talented ARSENAL right-back Josh Nichols has confirmed that he is eligible to play international football for the Super Eagles and three other national teams.
The 17-year-old qualifies to represent the three-time African champions through his Nigerian mother, England where he was born and raised as well as Jamaica and Guyana through his father.
It is believed that Nichols's options are option at the moment, given that he has not been called up for any of the aforementioned national teams.
He actually started his career as a striker, and then transitioned into a winger before he was converted into a fullback by the Arsenal youth team coaches at U14 level.
Nichols has been a key player for Arsenal youth teams this season, making thirty one appearances combined in the U18 Premier League, U18 Premier League Cup, Premier League 2, FA Youth Cup, EFL Trophy and UEFA Youth League.
He is highly thought of by the Arsenal coaches as evidenced by his invitations to train with the first team on multiple occasions, though he has yet to receive a call-up for a first team game.
