Manchester United will go head-to-head with Liverpool in a blockbuster Emirates FA Cup quarter-final tie at Old Trafford.

The meeting with our Merseyside rivals will take place on the 16/17 March, after the respective clubs won in the fifth round on Wednesday evening.

United defeated Nottingham Forest 1-0 away from home, courtesy of a late goal from Casemiro, while Liverpool beat Championship high-flyers Southampton 3-0 at Anfield.

An exact date and time for the meeting with Jurgen Klopp's men will be confirmed in due course, although we know it will be the first of two upcoming clashes between the teams at the Theatre of Dreams, with a league encounter in the diary for 7 April.
